Can’t reset password

I can’t sign into my Virgin Media account because I recently changed my email address and it’s not recognising my current password. However, I’m not able to reset my password either as, whether I make my own or choose an iPhone-suggested password, it’s not accepted. It keeps telling me the new password can’t include my username but it’s nothing like my username. Please help?
