Can't reset password

I can't login to my account to check my broadband bill. There seems to be a glitch as when I try to reset my password it says that information is missing (which it is not).

Can you try and clear your browser cache and try resetting it? Is it the same error message? Please let us know so we can help.

It is the same, on both phones and tablet's.  It seems to be a glitch your end. Thanks.
