I'm trying to reset my password via https://my.virginmedia.com/forgot-details/password
I get past the security question/dob confirmation and enter my new password, then it just loops back to the above link.
I've tried multiple web browsers and waiting for a few days before trying again but still to no avail.
Any help would be appreciated.
