Can't reset my password

Hi sorry, I'll post again. It is the same as this issue:

I only wanted to change my memorable word but it said I had to change my email address first, with one that isn't a virgin address, so I attempted to do that but now I have my new email on my account but it wants a password reset and every time I click on the link it says it is expired. Help 😢
