I can't reschedule my installation appointment, the app just looks like it's loading on the screen that would let me do it.
I booked the 9th for an appointment but s given the 19th.I'm not in that day! Needs to change ASAP please.
Would appreciate to tally to someone as I have a few issues with the pre install and the original phone call to get signed up to my package
