We are not able to set up your my Virgin Media account at the moment. Please try again later, or you can also set up your my Virgin Media account at the time of your broadband installation. We are looking forward to connecting you to your superfast broadband.

I have tried to register my account on numerous devices but still the same issue.
Hi Iain2200, thanks for the message, can you confirm if the email has been used on a former account as we may need to transfer the login details, please let us know and we will aim to assist further for you. ^Chris
Apologies if you hadn't received a message, I can see that it was indeed sent so I'm not too sure why you haven't got it on your end.
I'll be happy to look into this for you instead - can I first just check please that your services have been installed? Sometimes this message can occur when customers try to sign up before their services have been installed 🙂
