I am having issues signing up for Virgin Media account online. Whenever I fill out Account Holder`s last name, account number and area code, and click register, it simply returns back to the same screen and asks for the details again. I have not been able to get beyond the first screen.
My broadband has been successfully installed and It`s running well but I am not able to register for My Virgin Media.
I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling to sign up online. Sometimes this issue can occur when customers have only very recently been installed. Unfortunately, I don't have the answers as to why this is.
Do you not receive any error message / code whatsoever when you are redirected?
Can you please try clearing your cache and cookies and also trying a new web browser if that fails to work?
I had the same problem. I'm a web developer so I understand very well browser issues. The register button does not do anything. I think it is likely caused by the captcha. It does not work on any platform I have tested it on. I had to have Virgin set up the account for me. It seems this issue has been going on a long time as there are a lot of posts about it.
