My broadband was installed over a month ago, I have the right details but the page just keeps refreshing!! Any suggestions? Virgin's call centre is the worst and can't get ahold of anyone!

At what part of the process does the refreshing happen?
I enter my last name, account number and area code and the captcha, then I press register and it just reloads the page
