I’m sure this question has been asked a million times so I’m sorry to repeat.
I am a new customer, I’ve had my welcome email with my account number and area code which is what I need to register for my account but it keeps telling me my details are incorrect. I know they aren’t?
So far, my experience with Virgin hasn’t been smooth but I can’t argue with the broadband speeds!

From what you have advised this sounds like a new account, it can take a few days after installation and activation for all of the information to update and allow registration for the online account. When you try to register at present, what error message does it give you?
