On the 1st of December, a virgin media account got transferred into my name, stating that the old account and on the letter confirming this, it asks me to sign and return a contract (which I've sent off) and to register for My Virgin Media.
When I try and register, I put in the account details provided on my letter and it says that there's already an account registered, but it's the old account holders My Virgin Media account which I have no access to? How am I supposed to get into the account to change these details and set up a direct debit?
When I call virgin, they ask for the account password which I don't have as I can't set up an account or have access to the old account holder's account!! Please help!!
