Can't register for my virgin media after transferring account

I am having issues signing up for Virgin Media account online. Whenever I fill out Account Holder`s last name, account number and area code, and click register, it simply returns back to the same screen and asks for the details again or goes to the following screen

Are you a brand new customer or a returning customer? If you're returning (or have changed accounts), are you using the same email address?

Hi,

My email was previously linked to my Mum's account (Acc No.[MOD EDIT: Removed]) but that was removed from that account.

I took over account [MOD EDIT: Removed] from my Ex Wife Sue Bratley, paying the DD for a number of Months and have now changed the name on the account to mine, Martyn Bratley and the account number has been changed to [MOD EDIT: Removed].

Hi,

I took over my Ex's account at the same address and was paying the DD since May 19.  I changed the name on the account in January 2020 and the account number changed by one digit.  

I had the email [removed] registered online previously on myvirginmedia on my Mum's account but deleted this off.

I haven't been able to register this email address on my current account.

Hi there @brattas

 

Thanks for your post - I can see that a colleague is assisting you with this issue via a Private Message. 

 

We have raised an IT ticket for you to disassociate the email address from the old account so you can then set up your MyVirginMedia for your new account. 

 

My colleague will be back in touch once this has been done for you.

I've checked the ticket and can see that they've updated the records. Can you try resetting your password and logging in again?
