I have been a Virgin Media customer since last March, now nearly a year later and I'm still not able to register. I have all the necessary information to do so but receive the message in the screenshot below. I have contacted customer service before and nothing was solved. Tried calling again today but the answer machine said "it has not been possible to connect to your call please try again later". This is extremely frustrating and I'm considering changing provider because of this BUT CAN'T EVEN DO SO BECAUSE I CANT REGISTER OR SPEAK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
