So I have been trying to register for an online account for 4 months without any success! When putting the details, the website doesn’t load the next page. I have reached out via phone the support team several times asking to solve the issue but no one seem to care?
i mean, how is it possible to offer a service (My Virgin Media app) and not letting customers use it (I’ve read other questions and noticed that a lot of people had the same issue).
I’ve also raised the issue 2 months ago via phone that they spelled my surname wrong but no one fixed it! Very frustrating paying so much money and no help at all!
Sorry to hear that dendsh, have you been a customer previously and had an online account registered? Are the devices you have tried all mobile devices? Are you able to try on a PC or laptop hard wired to the Hub via ethernet?
