Can't register for a new account.
I've tried on my phone and laptop on different browsers and it keeps saying there's a technical error every time I try.

Please could you confirm if you have ever had an account with us in the past?
Also, what exactly does the error message say? At which point does this pop up?

The error message is "We're sorry, but we're having a few technical problems and we can't set up your account at the moment.
Please come back and try again later".
This pops up after I attempt to register.
And I have never had a Virgin media account before. Thanks.
Thanks for your response. Apologies for the delay whilst we looked into this.
There appears to be a broader issue with the registration process affecting multiple customers, I do apologise. We have raised a ticket to get this fixed ASAP.
