Recently setup virgin media WiFi and it's working fine, however whenever I go to try register for my Virgin media account to see my bills etc, I get the message
"Oops, we've ran into a problem.
Wait a minute and try again. If this doesn't work, please come back later. (Code: DEF01)"
It's extremely frustrating not being able to manage the account I'm paying for.
