Due to coronavirus I’ve not been working and didn’t qualify for furlough so can’t afford to pay my bill, my services have been cut off. What can I do?
Trying to get through to them is useless. If your on Universal credit you can try and subscribe to their Essential broadband pack at £15 per month. But that's for broadband only. If you have TV & phone those services will be disconnected.
