Biometrics won't work and when I try to reset password it fails - anyone else having this at the moment?

Sorry to hear you're having an issue accessing your online account at this time. 

Can you advise how far you get through the password reset process before you encounter the issue? 

Do you get the same access issue through the app and through the website?

It fails at password request, so right at the beginning but it's working now so think there may have been a  system glitch yesterday
