I was going to have virgin a few months ago and registered an account, the time wasn’t right and cancelled the order, I have now gone ahead with it and was installed today, but won’t let me sign in. It still has the account number for my previous order and does not show my recent order, how do I get re registered ? Also we have a WiFi black spot and need to boost it. Please can you help
My apologies for the delayed reply. I can see you've spoke to the team since posting and got the pods sorting which is good. It's just an M&T (move and transfer) for the online account to be moved to the new account. Takes 24 hours.
