Can't log into account?


Bit of a strange one. So I can't log into our Virgin Media account to view billing or package information. I receive the bills on my normal email address however, I cannot use this email to log into any virgin account. When I tried to reset or register a new password it says "We're sorry to see you leave us, your account has been disabled" even though I still receive bills with said email?

Can anyone please advice with this one?

Hi Sam

Your sign in details for My Virgin Media may be a different email address to the email address you set up as your contact email address.

Are you logging with the main email address,the one you used to register for MVM,  or are you using a secondary email address?

If you can sign into TVGO then that is the email address you should be using to log into My Virgin Media.

It's also possible that you either moved home, or left and rejoined VM, and that the address you are trying to sign in with is still linked to your old account.
