Can't log in to My Virgin Media Account - details not recognised

Hi,

I'm unable to log in to my Virgin Media account. When trying to log in - using a password vault, so it is correct for both my username and password upon account creation - I receive a message stating that "We didn't recognise the username or password you entered. Please try again."

I have checked that my Virgin account number and area code does in fact link to my email address - the Virgin site confirms this when going through the options for 'Forgotten email'. I have also changed the password successfully twice now (my vault updates with this) - the website still does not recognise either the username or password.

Is someone in a position to help?

So once changing the password, are you logging in directly through MyVM?

I've been able to locate your account using your forum details, 

 

So I can look into this I've popped you over a private message to get a few more details from you (purple envelope, top right hand corner)
