Can't log-in so not getting what I am paying for

I have now been through the log-in and reset password process multiple times with no success. Even when I choose a new password it is telling me that "Some information is missing or incorrectly entered" - this makes no sense at all given that I am choosing a new password.

It also tells me that the answers to my security questions are wrong but I'm pretty sure I know my mother's maiden name and my date of birth.

I spent ages on hold today and then another few hours in text conversation where I was promised contact by the technical team which never materialised.

I just want to log in to my account. Surely this shouldn't be so difficult and I can see from previous posts that this is an ongoing issue. Does anyone have the answers please????.....

I can see that you have been in touch with the team yesterday. Has this issue now been resolved after speaking to the team?
