Can't create a MyVirginMedia account

Every time i try to create an account, i get a message saying that the request can't be completed at this time. I also receive an email stating that i have updated my Virgin Media Web Safe settings.

I used to have an account, which i had to close as i couldn't get Virgin in the flat i moved into. Since then i have moved again and so have been able to return to Virgin. However I still cannot login to my account, or register to create a new one.

Please can someone help.

Very sorry you're having issues creating an account, this isn't good. 

Are you trying to create it with an email address you'd used with us previously? 

If so then this can cause some issues, no worries though we can take a closer look.
