Every time i try to create an account, i get a message saying that the request can't be completed at this time. I also receive an email stating that i have updated my Virgin Media Web Safe settings.
I used to have an account, which i had to close as i couldn't get Virgin in the flat i moved into. Since then i have moved again and so have been able to return to Virgin. However I still cannot login to my account, or register to create a new one.
