Can't change my password

I've tried resetting my password as I can't remember it, but after many attempts I've still not been able to change it. I've tried on different browsers, on different devices, having cleared my cache and cookies, and yet every time, no matter what I put in, it fails the check for the password containing the username. This is through me doing the forgotten password email link.

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with resetting your password.
I'd like to take a look into this for you, as it appears you have tried every way possible.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check your logo at the  top right of your screen that would be great.
