Unable to change contact phone number using app or web site. Either says “Please enter a valid 11 digit phone number starting with 0” or “Sorry the changes you made were not saved, please try again”.

Same happened to me ... TOM took this on board and offered to help fine .. but he wanted my new Mobile TP detail

to do it .... I declined I would rather let the system update by internet ... I even rung VM and was put through to an agent

who allegedly changed it for me .. I checked my old mob TP which is useless still appears . if VM ring it nothing will happen

VM will lose out .. On the bright side no badgering marketing calls now ... I was not prepared to give my personal ID out to anyone
