Can't cancel!!

I'm having to move back in work my mum as I'm in financial difficulties due to my work drying up and I don't qualify for any of the government schemes 😞 I'm trying to cancel my Broadband but the phone lines say the relevant department is closed due to Covid-19 and the website tells me to call customer services. This is adding to my moving stress no end! Can anybody help me please? It'd be much appreciated.

you need to call during the work day. try just after 8am

You can write to them to cancel although you'll want to send it recorded delivery or similar.  See section N of the T&Cs

You can text VM on 07533051809 and ask for a call back.

In either case I can't say how long they'd take to action the cancellation, and of course you'll have to pay for the 30 day notice period (or more if you're still in a time-limited contract).
