How do you get hold of someone please. My bill increased £12 a month in April and can't afford that with no work since March. Call centre number I have is unobtainable and have been on online chat today for over 4 hours with no assistance.
You can dial 150 from your Virgin landline or also call 0345 454 1111, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues
Other than that use the text messaging service. Send a text with a description o(regrade) to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.
