Can’t activate Netflix

Upgraded to volt bundle but can’t activate my Netflix account which is included. Really annoying. Is there an update on this known issue?

Can I ask if you have a purple activate tab at all on your My Virgin Media App?

no activation tag. My problem has been expedited and told it would be working in 3/5 days but not holding my my breath!
