Can’t access new account

Hello,

I recently moved to a new house where i have signed up to virgin media broadband. When i try to log in online i can only see the account from my previous house and not my new account.

How can I access the new account please (the number is different to the old one).

Sorry to hear about this issue with your My VM account showing your former account information. This can sometimes happen if there was an issue as part of your Move and Transfer to a new address.
