Can’t access new account

Hello,

I moved house at the start of May. We had issues swapping my virgin account from one house to another so we ended up getting a new box and a new account number. My bill is to that new account number, however I don’t have the username to be able to login in and pay for that new account. My old account says I’m not with virgin media anymore. Is there anyway I can swap my details over or be able to get access to this new account? 

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

Sorry to hear of the issues regarding your account but we appreciate you taking the time to make us aware via the forums.

 

Can you confirm that the services are all up and running in the new property? Is this just an issue with the online account and being able to access it to make payments?

 

When the move and transfer of the account was arranged, did they set up a Direct Debit for you?

 

We can't take payments here via the forum but you can still call 150 or 0345 454 1111 option 1 to make a payment.
