Hi. I've been trying to access my nan's virgin media account for over a year now.
I click 'forgot password' or 'forgot username' or whatever it asks. I fill in the account number, her area code, etc. and then click continue. It then loads a page which just says 'Sorry this page isnt available right now.' It's been like this for over a year. I would have thought it would be fixed by now.
Can someone help me please. I'd rather not talk on the phone that's why I've been trying to sign in online.
