Can’t access my account

• No Please help - I can’t access the app or my account online. I can’t access the phone line, or make a payment online.
  When I request the payment link to be emailed the system crashes.

Sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing when trying to access your self-care account.

Can you please confirm what error messages or codes you've been issued with when trying to log into the account?

Have you possibly attempted to use an alternative browser or clearing the cache on the browser you're using when attempting to log into the account?
