Can't access my account

Since moving home I can't access my account. I did new contract for the new place, but when go to my account,  it shows the previous account number and says I'm not with Virgin any more. When go to manage accounts tab it show an error and can't continue furher. 

It's very frustrating as no call centre working at the moment to solve that issue. 

If someone could help will be appreciated.

check your emails you should be getting monthly bill updates. your account number and area code will be on the top right conner

I can see the new account number, but I can not use my email adress login to VM. 

I tried to do new account with the new account number,  but can't use my email as it's taken from my previous account.

You should have received a contract for your new account. This will have your details on it as well. 

 

Do you still have this?

Oh, with all this moving home I have no idea where could be even if I received it at all. Noting has been sent to my email as well.
