Can't access account online

I had an account set up by someone else which I then requested be changed to my name. A new account was created with the same terms as the old one. I'm being billed under the new one but when I try to sign in online can only see details of the old one.

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your online account, have you registered for a new online account, you would need to do that to be able to access your new details.
