Can't View Bill

When I click on 'View Bill', I get the page below coming up. I can't view my bill. Help please.

I'm sorry to hear that viewing your bill has been proving to be tricky.

What happens when you click the X in the top right hand corner?

Have you been able to utilise an alternative browser and/or the application in an attempt to view the bill?
