Basically i've been trying to login into my virgin media account multiple times now and it keeps rejecting me. It says " You haven't confirmed this username yet. Please check your inbox for a message called 'Confirm your My Virgin Media username' and click the link in the email."
But when i go to my email and click the link, it says: "
You may have already confirmed this username or requested a new one.
You can change your details at any time by visiting the My Profile area in My Virgin Media."
So, im stuck not being able to access my account at all.

Thanks for your post, and a warm welcome to our Community Forums. The error shows when the email address being used to sign-in, isn't the one that is registered to your account.
So I can look into this further for you, I am going to pop you a private message. Please look out for it in the top-right corner of the forums, in the purple envelope.
