I am now ringing for the third time virgin media's helpline to try to cancel my package as I have been cut off twice today already before speaking to anyone. I don't know how else to cancel this otherwise I will be forced to cancel my direct debit and speak to the bank as I am being prevented from cancelling my account.
Help me please or, virgin, if you would like to contact me directly this would be appreciated.
Cancelling direct debit isn't a good idea as soon as VM try and take payment and it fails will be marked as bad debit on your credit file and debit will be handed to debit collectors.
Due to the current situation there is a text message only service is available via: 07533051809 Just send a text with the issue you are facing and someone will get back to you as soon as they can. Please bear in mind at this time this service does also have a high load and may take quite some time getting back to you.
