Mhy virgin boardband has been activiated for a week but I still cannot register for my virgin media account and it keeps showing the following, can anyone help me please? thanks.

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with trying to register your My Virgin Media account. 

This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
