Hi in having trouble registering a new online account today, my services were reconnected today and iv noticed a spelling mistake in my email address so i'm not sure this is the problem, I phoned 150 and was passed along the line, the lady could not understand what I was trying to say and I was having trouble understanding her, plus the line was very bad. can someone put me in the right direction or sort this out please.
