Hi. I can never get through to customer services on 150. I have tried multiple times and waited an hour with the hold music but then it cuts me off bang on the hour. Anyone else have this problem.

I am wanting to book an engineer to come out to my address and crimp me a new connector to the end of my coax cable.

I had a joiner in who was making me a chimney breast and he cut through the cable accidentally, cutting off the connector at the end of the coax cable.
