Can VM do anything right?

I'm still on hold after an hour to VM

I was out of contract in August, phoned up and got a new reduced price.

I was notified that the non new price would be £136 but I have been charged £157 twice now despite being told it would be £99 so it's doubly wrong,

I'm cancelling my DD until this is sorted and I DO NOT expect any cease of services or any other issues until this is resolved. What a shower.

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. I am sorry to hear of the billing issue but please never cancel your direct debit. Doesn't solve anything.
