Can I change package within the 14 day cooling off period?

Recently signed up with Virgin and now thinking one of the other packages would be a better fit for me.  I'm still within the 14 day cooling off period, is it possible to change to one of the other packages at the same price as advertised to new customers?

We'd love to assist with this issue, however, we only deal with active customers over this forum and we do not support package changes in general.
Apologies for this, please give a call to our Sales team at 0800 183 1234 where we can look into this for you and we'll help further from there.

We can advise that you are entitled to cancelling your current deal within the 14-cooling off period and re-apply for the new one, if this works for you.
