Can I arrange to renegotiate my Virgin package online or do I have to call?

My 12 month contract is coming to an end and I want to re-negotiate my package.

Is there anywhere online I can do this or do I have to spend ages trying to call?

I also need a new remote for one of my boxes as it's old and some of the buttons don't work anymore.

Hello

With regards to getting this sorted, there is a way you can contact our team other than the Live chat or call route.
I'd suggest the best thing to do would be to contact the team via the text message service.
