Hi,
I cancelled my Virgin package last week after my 18 month deal expired and the package increased by over £100 a month.
The next day I got a callback from the retentions team, but halfway through the conversation we got disconnected.
I expected them to call back, but its been a week since then and I haven't heard anything.
I am aware that you can't call them on the number they call you on, but does anyone know if there is a process to get them to call back?

call them back on the number on the message. Its the same as the number they called you on but the last digit is either 1 number up or down. Try both. You get connected straight away

The best number on which to call the retentions team is 0345 454 1111 (Option one, then four, then four), or 150 from a Virgin Media landline or Virgin Mobile.
