We don't perform changes to the package for customers over our Community Forums but we can look into some package issues if required

I understand those changes aren't made through here it was more to just enquire as to our options.
We are on Mixit, M200, TA phone which we had sorted out last year.
We are looking at removing Mixit as the household member we got it for is no longer with us and can't justify keeping it.
Options for Broadband + Phone packages, or rough cost to retain the remaining 2 services as is in our package without the tv/box.
Ok the website is finally working and I can see the packages now.
