Cable in my street - but not for me

Hi,

No idea where to turn - VM have just cabled my entire area (including property that borders mine!). The engineers are still around & sales team are busy canvassing.

VM is not available in my property - I suspect it's where we're a relatively new build (5 years) and so not included in the original deployment plans.

However I want to sign up to the maximum package - Any suggestions on how to get a "real" person to look at this? It's literally available over my hedge so should be minimal changes while the team is still around (and it's making me go crazy!).

VM will only install infrastructure on council owned land. If they have to cross any land that is private to get to your boundary you will be left out of the build, as will any private roads.
