My cable was cut during some construction works on street outside my house by BT contractor on 8th April, since then we had a engineer visit on 13th April who diagnosed that indeed cable was cut and need replacing - reconnecting. Problem is that since 13th April we were told that someone will attend and no sign of anyone. Everyday i'm on the phone with virgin and everyday i'm hearing engineer is scheduled to carry out repair but nothing has actually happened. No text or emails from virgin to confirm the visits, no one attended site since 13th April. I'm without broadband since 8th of April.
