Cable cut in garden

Hi,

I have cut through my virgin cable whilst gardening.  Can someone please contact me to have it repaired.   

I have tried ringing through but I’m getting nowhere as the computer wants to do a test then tells me there’s a problem and to restart my hub.  

I have done a bodge job with a bit of solder but I want it sorted properly.

I have been able to locate your account from the details 

An engineer has been booked to come out 

It will be details on your My Virgin Media Account

thank you for your help I have received a text from an engineer and they’ll be here tomorrow.

This should just be a temp repair and the engineer will then book a new appointment for the cable to be replaced during the visit 

I hope you have finished the gardening now

My cable was cut during some construction works on street outside my house by BT contractor on 8th April, since then we had a engineer visit on 13th April who diagnosed that indeed cable was cut and need replacing - reconnecting. Problem is that since 13th April we were told that someone will attend and no sign of anyone. Everyday i'm on the phone with virgin and everyday i'm hearing engineer is scheduled to carry out repair but nothing has actually happened. No text or emails from virgin to confirm the visits, no one attended site since 13th April. I'm without broadband since 8th of April.
