Cable Damaged during new driveway install

Hi there,

I'm an ex-Virgin Media customer. The cable for the broadband that was installed when we were a customer was damaged by a worker who was working on a new driveway for us.

Assuming this will need to be fixed should we return to Virgin in the future? Whats the best way to go about getting this fixed being an ex-customer?

Address:

[REMOVED].

Thanks

Shaun

Re: Cable Damaged during new driveway install

Hello shaun777o

Thanks for your post

This is would be an easy fix, we can arrange for an engineer to come out splice the cable and place it in a green conduit

The only thing right now is we are placing any non essential visits on hold due to Covid-19

If you pop back on here say around March or send me a private message, I can look at getting some one out for you.
