I won my case through CISAS against Virgin and was expecting a credit but after receiving my latest bill nothing has been done and I have had no contact from anyone from Virgin media although I have requested this umpteen times.
Can I refuse to pay this months bill due to me winning my case??
I have messaged my case handler again to inform them about this so will probably hear back from them in the next few days.
But surely due to the complete ignorance shown from Virgin they are now in breach of my contract?
Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, I am sorry to hear you still haven't received the credit you were awarded by CISAS, this is something you will need to go back to them with as once gone to them we aren't able to deal with it.
