Hi why hasnt anyone replied to my PM Ramon_F i sent you 2 and you ignored both WHY? you need to make sure they pay my money into my bank the settlement was accepted on the 31st July and virgin media havent done a thing since apart from ignore everything from CISAS they have sent it you 3 times but still i had to email the decision to them myself as your just happy to waste time like your company have done all along. 2019 this complaint has been going on since in hope i would just go away and give up shows doesnt it how many peoples credit rating have been damaged by you making mistakes on there accounts who dont even know about it i suggest everyone who has cancelled there subscription with virgin media to check there credit file no doubt they have kept telling them you havent paid although you dont even have an active account anymore they do it all the time without even checking if they are right to do so seems the media side havent got a clue they reported my account to my credit file 6 missed payments and a default all when my account was closed and contract was over this was in 2019 i have just had my 4th case go through cisas because of the BS excuses virgin media come up with even with my last case they tried to make out i have really bad payment history on my mobile account then sent proof to CISAS showing i havent missed one payment on my mobile contract ever so they like to make up lies to try and get out of causing people problems even tried asking me for proof that i have been refused credit because of this when if they had any idea then would know applying for credit when you know you wont get it causes more damage to your credit file but yeah il apply just for you and cause more damage for nothing like virgin media seem to love doing so much im sick of this company and wont be a customer again they are a joke seems policy is add damage then remove it later if the customer realises
The company also took 4 months to remove damage from my credit file any other company in the world takes 30 days at most not virgin media happy to leave you in crap for months while tying to make themselves look like it was correct to add damage to a account that isnt even open anymore
