I moved property at the start of March, I cannot get virgin at my new property. I’ve been trying to cancel my virgin media contract for 3 weeks now but not being able to get through as the lines are shut due to Coronavirus. This is very frustrating and I’m paying £100 a month for a service I can’t use and don’t need please help!
